Booking conditions for pitches

1. Thank you very much for your confirmed booking on our place. The deposit is 35% of your total price, minimum 100 euros per booking.

2.1 With the deposit our guest automatically agrees to accept all booking conditions.

2.2 A booking of a camping pitch by means of a distance selling contract by e-mail cannot be revoked in accordance with § 312g No. 9 BGB. The customer is expressly informed of this in accordance with §246a III EGBGB.

3. From a minimum stay of 3 nights we will gladly reserve a pitch for you during the low season. During the high season a minimum stay of 6 nights is required for a binding reservation.

4. Please understand that we cannot reserve a specific pitch for you. However, we will try to accommodate your request and reserve the pitch in the desired zone. The indication of the pitch is not binding and it is not possible to change the assigned pitch upon arrival. The allocation of the pitch is the responsibility of the management and no complaints, cancellations or claims for compensation can be made from it.

5. A cancellation must be received in writing. In case of cancellation up to 45 days before arrival - regardless of the booking date, you will be refunded your deposit minus a handling fee of Euro 25. In case of cancellation from 44 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. In case of no-show on the day of arrival the deposit will be retained.

6. If you arrive late or leave early, we take the liberty to charge the total amount for the booked reservation.

7. The campsite management will keep the reserved place free until 12 o'clock of the next day, then the place will be rented further.

8. We ask for the release of the place until 12 o'clock of the fixed day of departure. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the reception in due time. If the place is released after 12 o'clock, an additional night will be charged automatically.

9. Our advertised offers are not combinable with each other and are valid only once.

10. The reservation is valid with the written confirmation of the management.

11. The campsite management reserves the right to refuse a guest access to the campsite and accommodation if, upon the guest's arrival, the management reasonably believes that the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaves in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.

12. Minors may only travel with a parent or guardian.

13. We provide WIFI. Please note that due to the different reception strengths, the different end devices and the sometimes very high utilization, an optimal connection cannot be guaranteed without exception. We offer for you, the largest possible bandwidth provided by the provider.
