Camping with Paws – Having Fun with your Four-legged Friend

A faithful companion is the best addition to any holiday, so we are happy to welcome you together with your well-behaved dog at our 5* Alpsee Camp Site. When camping with dogs, your four-legged friends will certainly be more than happy, as nature offers so much space for extensive walks. During your pet-accompanied holiday in Bavaria, you can explore the most beautiful hiking trails in the mountains. In addition to that, grooming is also taken care of, as your own dog shower refreshes your friends on four paws after a long day.

Depending on the season, we charge between € 5 and € 7 per day for our four-legged guests. We kindly ask you to let us know whether you intend to bring your dog when making your booking already.

Our Tips when “Camping with Paws”:

  • Holiday practise
    Your dog is not used to caravan riding? If that is so, take it for a short spin beforehand - that will lower everyone’s stress level.
  • All list items ticked?
    Think of food, basket and toys your pet is used to so that the transition is easier.
  • Take breaks
    Remember to take regular breaks on long journeys, preferably every three to four hours.
  • On the camp site
    When camping with a dog, we ask you to make sure that your four-legged friend does not explore our camp site unaccompanied and that no excrements are left anywhere on site.
  • Excursions
    When leaving the caravan for a longer period of time, do not leave your dog alone. Even if it manages to stay home alone in a familiar setting, everything can be different on a holiday.
