Dear guests, dear friends of the 5* Alpsee Camping Allgäu,

we are pleased to welcome you to our camp site. Your safety is important to us, which is why you will find the most important information summarised here. We are constantly updating the information and will inform you of any changes in good time.

What measures must the guest take before and upon arrival?

  • The distance rule of 1.5 metres must be observed.
  • In case of signs of illness and unspecific symptoms, admission to our campsite is not possible.
  • Until further notice, no day visitors are allowed on the campsite.

Are the sanitary facilities open?

  • Sanitary facilities are equipped with soap and disposable towels.
  • WCs and showers are open. Rental bathrooms can be rented.

Are mouth-nose masks to be worn during the stay? If yes, when?

  • Mouth/nose protection masks - FFP2 masks are mandatory here - must be worn at check-in, in the reception, kiosk and sanitary areas. More information here

What other hygiene measures are taken?

  • You will find disinfection dispensers in all public areas.

Is the kiosk and bistro open?

  • Our kiosk is open for you every day.
  • In the bistro, we look forward to welcoming you from Tuesday to Sunday.

What regulations do you have for the kiosk?

  • FFP2 masks must be worn in the kiosk.

Are there any other requirements?

  • A maximum of 2 people are allowed in the reception area at the same time.
  • If more than one person from the same household is travelling, please ensure that only one person enters the reception area.
  • In general, the distance rules of 1.5 metres must be observed.

According to the Bavarian state government, the following guests are excluded from visiting campsites:

  • Persons who have had contact with COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days.
  • Persons with non-specific general symptoms and respiratory symptoms of any severity.
